Your love story is unique, and your wedding ceremony should be too.  It can take place anywhere, include any traditions - family, cultural or religious.  It can involve children, pets and even that distant cousin who you think might be a poet.  The speeches that are normally associated with the reception after the ceremony can even be given centre stage within the ceremony while people are sober and all ears open but with the caveat that all scripts must be approved by you (unless you’d rather be surprised!).

I will meet with you to get to know you and how you came together, what is most important to you about each other, why you want to get married and who the key family and friends are in your lives.  I’ll give advice on readings, music and symbolic rituals.  You can make use of traditional vows or I can help you create your own or you can keep your promises to yourselves!  I offer unlimited communication from that first meeting and through the whole time that I’m creating a personal script for your ceremony.   You will have ample time to amend and adapt the script in whatever way you want.

The process will be relaxed but my background in professional theatre makes me a stickler for detail in the practical considerations of the occasion. My work as an actor means that on the day, you can expect a genuinely professional delivery of the final script, ensuring that the nuance of every word comes across and that the story of your love is heart-warming, sincere and profound.
